Advocates For Peoples' Rights & Justice (APRJ) is a nongovernmental, human right organisation operating in Nigeria and United Kingdom. It is aimed at assisting in the education, sensitization, protection, defence, and enforcement of human rights of citizens within Nigeria and around the world. It a platform for passionate young human rights lawyers poised to enthrone rights and dethrone might.

We protect and defend peoples’ right in Nigeria and Africa, we educate people about their rights and exposed right abusers wither it is in individuals, governments or companies.

What We DO
Advocates For Peoples' Rights & Justice (APRJ) has assisted victims of right abuses to access justice through legal representations, court actions, mediation and conciliation. APRJ has helped in recovery of properties worth millions of naira forcefully seized from individuals by various security agencies in Abuja, Lagos and Benin. APRJ believes that the rights of all individuals are inalienable and such cannot be derogated without a lawful court order.
It aims to achieve its objectives through court actions, media campaign, citizen sensitization, enlightenment and general education. Its mandate includes:
Education
Education of citizens of their rights under the law. Electoral rights , education and awaremess campaign. Developing a blue-print and action plan for tackling human rights abuses in Nigeria, Africa and other third world countries.
Campaign &Awareness
Campaign and education of citizens' on their political, economic and social rights. Enforcement of such rights for citizens through court action. Seeking succour and redress for victims of human rights abuses.
Legal Support
Legal supports to victims of right abuses. Investigation of facts leading to abuses of rights. Interfacing with organised labour, civil society groups and similar Non-Governmental organisations to seek legal and sundry redress for victims of Human rights abuses.
